Facility & Equipment Rentals

Riverdale Unified School District offers a variety of campus facilities and specialized equipment for community use when not in active educational or athletic service. Local non-profits, youth sports leagues, and private organizations can reserve district spaces across elementary, middle, and high school campuses—including high school auditoriums, gymnasiums, cafeterias, standard classrooms, multi-purpose fields, and athletic stadiums.

Supplementary equipment, such as audio/visual systems, theatrical lighting rigs, scoreboards, and folding tables or chairs, can also be requested alongside venue bookings. Rental rates follow a tiered fee schedule:

• Local non-profit and youth groups qualify for reduced community rates starting at $25–$35 per hour for classrooms and $60–$85 per hour for gymnasiums and auditoriums,
• Commercial and private entities range from $50 per hour for basic meeting areas up to $150 per hour for premium athletic complexes.

All reservations require a $35 non-refundable application fee, a mandatory $40 per hour custodial and supervisory staffing fee during events, and proof of a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy naming Riverdale USD as an additional insured.
